Shipping destinations and service

We offer Economy shipping to eligible addresses in the United States. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available for your order.

Order processing

Shipping charges

Shipping address and changes

Please check your shipping address, including any apartment or unit number, before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, email mattie1477@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Address changes depend on the order's shipping status and cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Delays and delivery concerns

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other unexpected events can affect delivery. If tracking is provided, use it to check the latest carrier updates. If your order is delayed, has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, email mattie1477@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help with next steps. For damaged items, please include photos of the items and packaging.
